The Enterprise Sales role at Apica is more than a sales role, it is the face of the organization.   This role within Apica with the opportunity for uncapped earnings and career development.  The right candidate will be driven internally, technical minded and business savvy.   This is a terrific opportunity to join a fast-growing global team within a quickly changing technology sector.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

·       Work with Sales and Management to develop targeted outreach campaigns

·       Accountable for driving new logo acquisition

·       Responsible for maintaining relationships with an established account base.

·       Work with partners

·       Work toward developing your industry knowledge and your career on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

·       4+ year’s experience within a technical industry (B2B)

·       Working knowledge of APM/NPM and Performance Monitoring highly preferred

·       Self-disciplined

·       Ability to be a team player, while achieving individual goals

·       Up to 25% travel required

 

Additional Skills:

·       Ability to work independently  

·       Listening: Builds rapport quickly, takes cues, relates, asks questions to better understand

·       Problem solving: Ability to think logically and analytically, utilizing resources with focus on results/solution

·       SFDC a plus

·       Basic PowerPoint skills

·       Highly adaptable, and agile in adjusting to organizational change
